- Only River Walk Residents may reserve courts
- To protect the privacy and safety of our residents, the court reservation calendar must never be shared outside of River Walk
- A resident may reserve one court for up to two hours
- Families/groups are limited to five reservations per week
- The same group cannot reserve a court for two consecutive periods
- Players lose reservations when more than ten minutes late and others are waiting for a court
**If plans change, promptly cancel any unneeded reservations so that other residents may use the courts**
- Only River Walk Residents may access courts with the numbered codes
- DO NOT share gate codes with non-residents or visiting teams
- Please do not share the gate codes with children or allow them to be unsupervised on or around the tennis courts
- Courts are for TENNIS USE ONLY, except for Pickleball on Court 1
- No wheels of any k ind on the courts e.g. bikes, kiddie cars, scooters, skates skateboards, strollers, etc. these will damage the court surfaces
- Residents must accompany guests and children at all times on and around the tennis courts.
- Residents are liable for any damages caused by their children or guests
- Residents must ensure that gates are firmly closed and locks engaged before leaving the courts
- Residents are liable for any damage or theft occurring as a result of leaving gates open
