Pay your 2021 River Walk Dues online
Dues payments for 2021 will once again be made online via a secure Credit Card payment.
This change drastically simplified the payment and pool/gym waiver collection processes in 2020. It also allowed for more accurate financial controls and fewer people handling paper checks and ledgers.
This year, rather than updating your 2020 member information, you will be providing the complete information when filling your payment form. No login is required to register and pay your dues.
Pool & Gym Waivers
All family members, and other registered people for your family (i.e. – babysitters) must be entered on the form when you are registering. To have access to the pool or gym, please complete the entire form including the Family and Emergency Contact sections.
Accessing Facilities
The Kisi FOB system will continue to be used to access the Gym. The new pool gate also has an access control point. When registering you will be able to opt in to using the free mobile app, or purchase a new FOB. FOBs are $25 each. If you set up your Kisi mobile app, or purchased a FOB in 2020, you DO NOT need a new fob or mobile app setup for 2021. You may purchase additional FOBs as needed.
Dues for 2021 are $800
Dues for 2021 were increased to $800. No processing fee is being charged for the online credit card payment. Your payment is due by May 1st. Any dues paid after June 1st are assessed an $80 late fee each month that the dues go unpaid. For more information on due dates and late fees see the River Walk Covenants.
After you submit your payment, you will receive an email confirmation and a PDF attachment showing your paid 2021 HOA Dues invoice.
